Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and dignity
- Observe and report changes in residents' health and behavior to the nursing team
- Document care provided, vital signs, and patient observations accurately
- Support a warm, welcoming environment by engaging with residents and responding to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in resident rooms and common areas
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is a plus
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
- A caring heart and commitment to quality patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Patience, empathy, and respect for patient privacy
- Physical stamina to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts
- Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
