Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents, supporting their dignity and independence
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team in a timely manner
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and staff
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and respond quickly to residents' needs
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet facility credentialing requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant techniques and infection control practices
• Skill in assisting with ADLs and using mechanical lifts safely
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal communication
