Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while following infection control protocols
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with residents and staff
• Must pass background check and provide required identification

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and activities of daily living assistance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and empathy in all interactions
• Ability to document care accurately and timely
• Understanding of infection control and safety practices
