Location: Rancho Mirage, CA

Candidate Pay Rate: $45.5 - $45.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising OT, helping residents regain independence
- Monitor patient progress closely and communicate meaningful changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate, state- and facility-compliant documentation to ensure quality care and regulatory adherence
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license (required)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- SNF experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow OT treatment plans and maintain documentation standards
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of occupational therapy practices in a skilled nursing facility
- Skilled at implementing therapy plans and adapting interventions based on patient response
- Proficient in monitoring progress and communicating clinical updates
- Familiarity with state and facility documentation requirements
