Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents throughout your shift
• Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and meals
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Help residents stay comfortable, safe, and dignified
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver excellent patient care
• Keep accurate records of the care you provide

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current state or federal issued identification to present at the facility
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series or a documented religious or medical exemption from your employer
• A caring, dependable attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
• Willingness to wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
