Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate care that helps patients maintain dignity and comfort
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor patients' conditions and communicate observations to the nursing team
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe
• Support patients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
• Chart patient care accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist patients as needed
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of patient care and safety standards
• Skill in using vital signs equipment and documenting care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy, patience, and active listening
