Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation outpatients
• Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans focused on recovery and function
• Deliver evidence-based cardiopulmonary rehab interventions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management, exercise, and safety
• Document clinical findings, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Support department needs by covering additional shifts or cross-department duties as required

Qualifications

• Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation experience required
• Open to clinicians: Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Respiratory Therapist (RT), Exercise Physiologist (EP)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts when needed and a flexible schedule
• Clinical experience in outpatient cardiopulmonary care and direct patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
• Experience with outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation protocols
• Strong hands-on clinical skills and patient-centered care
• Good communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Comfortable with varied and rotating schedules
