Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, attentive care to residents and patients, assisting with daily living activities
• Take vital signs and observe changes in patient condition, reporting findings to nursing staff
• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and feeding while promoting their comfort and dignity
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Previous CNA experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for patient dignity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
