Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in our 24-bed ICU
• Manage mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring, including Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella, and intra-aortic balloon pumps
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Perform and assist with procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and bronchoscopy
• Monitor and interpret EVD/ICP data and manage pacemakers
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact license) with at least 1 year of ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care procedures
• Level 1 or 2 trauma and CV surgery experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of ICU nursing practices and protocols
• Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Skilled in Swan-Ganz and Impella management
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
