Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8 hours per shift, as needed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Connecticut
- Current BLS certification
- Prior LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of LPN scope of practice and nursing standards
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
