Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch preventive dental care, including cleanings and patient education
• Take and develop dental x-rays to aid in accurate diagnosis
• Assist the dentist during procedures while ensuring patient comfort
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Empower patients with knowledge about oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and tools
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
