Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing to maintain oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
• Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skilled in taking digital radiographs
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Proficient with dental software and EHR systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
