Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver top-quality care
• Document patient observations and care provided accurately

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in West Virginia (or compact state) required
• BLS certification preferred - we can help you get it!
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, patient-centered attitude

• Patient care and safety procedures
• Infection control protocols
• Vital signs monitoring
• Effective communication with patients and team
• Adaptability to different units and schedules
