Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform cleanings, scaling, and polishing to keep smiles healthy
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Educate patients on preventive oral care techniques
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
• Create a warm, comfortable environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication skills and a caring bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control standards
• Great interpersonal skills to connect with patients
