Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Monitor and document vital signs, and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Engage with residents to promote dignity, independence, and a positive living environment
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination series or present a documented religious or medical exemption
- Valid state or federal issued photo ID for registry placement
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable team player
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of patient safety and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately document patient care and observations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
- Physical stamina to handle 12-hour shifts and assist with patient mobility
