Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments within the plan of care
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients and families
• Ability to document clearly and efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care
