Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Provide exceptional patient care and educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Manage patient records and coordinate appointments to keep the practice running smoothly
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms, ready for each patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or license as required by state regulations
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards
