Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures, ensuring a smooth patient flow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatory rooms for each patient visit
• Take and process dental impressions, X-rays, and intraoral scans as needed
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records using Denticon
• Provide patients with clear post-procedure care instructions and oral hygiene guidance
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Orthodontic Dental Assistant certification
• Experience with Denticon dental software is required
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced orthodontic environment

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Proficient in dental charting and patient records management
• Skilled in sterilization and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with Denticon and other dental practice software
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration
