Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain coordination efforts to ensure materials and products are where they need to be, when they need to be
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline procurement and distribution processes
• Analyze inventory levels and forecast needs to reduce waste and avoid stockouts
• Implement process improvements that boost efficiency and lower turnaround times
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and communicate status updates to leadership
• Support special projects related to sourcing, logistics, and operational optimization

Qualifications

• Experience working in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related operations (previous contract experience a plus)
• Familiarity with vendor management and inventory control best practices
• Comfortable using supply chain systems and enterprise resource planning tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM or CSCP) or procurement certifications are a plus
• Ability to start on 2026-02-22 and commit to a 3 month contract

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Supply chain processes and end-to-end logistics knowledge
• Inventory management and demand forecasting
• Vendor negotiation and relationship management
• Data analysis and reporting to support decision making
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Excel
