Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekday call 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM and every other weekend call Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality general ultrasound imaging including abdominal and OB/GYN studies
Conduct breast biopsies and interventional radiology procedures with precision
Support OR cases and provide critical imaging during surgical procedures
Deliver compassionate NICU baby imaging including neonatal heads, kidneys, and spines
Execute various Doppler studies to assist in accurate diagnoses
Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare providers through excellent documentation
Transport patients when volumes are low to support the broader radiology team

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Experience with abdominal and/or OB/GYN ultrasound imaging
Comfortable performing breast imaging and procedures
Familiarity with NICU imaging including neonatal heads, kidneys, and spines
Strong communication and documentation skills
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in general ultrasound techniques and protocols
Skilled in breast biopsy procedures and OR imaging support
Knowledgeable in neonatal and pediatric ultrasound applications
Experienced with Doppler studies and vascular imaging
Familiar with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
Comfortable working with Siemens Sequoia ultrasound equipment
