Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct patient care with a smile
Assist patients with daily activities to enhance their comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional support

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Passionate about helping others thrive

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Attention to detail in all tasks
Reliability and punctuality
