Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
Monitor telemetry for early detection of changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient assessment and care planning
Effective communication with patients and teams
