Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 24-hour coverage, day or night shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime as required

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory therapy modalities to improve patient outcomes
Provide emergent and intensive respiratory care in critical situations
Perform diagnostic procedures with precision and care
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers
Contribute to comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in a unique community setting

Qualifications

Associate degree in respiratory care or equivalent certificate
Two years of experience in respiratory care at a general acute hospital
Current valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications from American Heart Association
Current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any US state, Puerto Rico, or US territory
Current valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

Education

Associate’s degree in respiratory care or certificate of completion in respiratory care

Knowledge & Skills

Technical expertise in respiratory care modalities
Proficiency in emergent and intensive respiratory care
Skilled in diagnostic procedures
Strong teamwork in diverse cultural environments
