Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate critical care to ICU patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Advocate for patients and their families during challenging times

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
ICU nursing experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency with ventilators and life support systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
