Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver expert respiratory care in high-stakes ICU, NICU, ER, and floor settings to transform patient outcomes
• Masterfully manage mechanical ventilation and critical care procedures, making a real difference in breathing easier for patients
• Administer inhaled medications, noninvasive ventilation, and advanced therapies like nitric oxide to stabilize and heal
• Handle 8-12 cases every four hours with precision, tackling top diagnoses from respiratory failure to prematurity
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier care for neonates, infants, adults, and geriatrics

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in good standing
• NRP certification required if you have NICU experience
• Full skills checklist highlighting your expertise
• Ability to shine in a virtual interview and bring your A-game

Education

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Adult critical care and ventilator management mastery
• Mechanical ventilation and critical care experience
• NICU skills preferred with flexibility for the right fit
• Proficiency with equipment like Draeger V500, VN500, Evita XL, Carina, and Philips V60/V30
• Arterial punctures, inhaled nitric oxide, heliox, and noninvasive ventilation
