Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and celebrate every milestone along the way
Educate patients and families on exercises for lasting recovery
Adapt treatments to meet individual needs and boost outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California
Current BLS certification
Experience in outpatient or rehab settings preferred
Enthusiasm for patient-centered care and teamwork

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Patient assessment and progress tracking
Effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with electronic health records
