Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and expert emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Assess patients quickly and accurately, prioritizing care based on acuity
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and techs in a fast-paced environment
- Document patient histories, treatments, and outcomes thoroughly
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency nursing protocols and triage
- Proficient in IV insertion, wound care, and cardiac monitoring
- Comfortable with high-stress situations and rapid decision-making
- Excellent teamwork and patient advocacy
