Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 5 hours each, not guaranteed
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
- Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Educate families and support young patients through recovery

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Passionate about caring for children
- Ready for orientation and flexible per diem work
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Pediatric patient care expertise
- Excellent communication with kids and families
- Team collaboration in fast-paced settings
