Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Educate families and support healing journeys
Maintain accurate documentation for seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification
Commitment to pediatric patient care
Flexibility for per diem shifts

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for young patients
Knowledge of med/surg protocols
Excellent communication with kids and families
Adaptability in a fast-paced pediatric unit
