Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-stakes emergency care to patients in need, making a real difference every shift
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced 18-bed ED using cutting-edge GE equipment
Manage patient ratios of 5:1 while floating as needed to support the hospital
Document accurately in Expanse system to ensure top-quality care continuity
Grow and develop alongside tenured staff who value your contributions

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Must-have certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI
Emergency Room skillset to thrive in this exciting environment

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ER skillset for handling diverse, high-acuity cases
Proficiency with GE equipment and Expanse documentation
Adaptability in variable staffing models and floating requirements
Commitment to excellent patient experience in a community hospital setting
