Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in high-stakes emergency situations
Quickly assess and triage incoming cases with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat diverse conditions
Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during crises

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
TN or compact state RN license preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in rapid assessment and trauma care
Strong critical thinking under pressure
Excellent IV and medication administration skills
Proficiency with emergency equipment and protocols
