Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 6-hour shifts, various days and times including weekends
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill children in the PICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate and support families through challenging times
Qualifications
- Active California RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent PICU experience preferred
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Education
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in pediatric critical care nursing
- Proficiency with ventilators, IV pumps, and monitoring equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Adaptability and quick decision-making
