Location: Kearney, Nebraska

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
- Monitor and titrate drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Interpret telemetry strips and respond to patient changes with confidence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Support patients and families through education about medications and care plans
- Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed while maintaining PCU-level care standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency in managing arterial lines
- Strong telemetry interpretation skills
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on a 13-week assignment
