Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3/12s, flex between days/nights (~50/50), including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care across diverse surgical specialties
Scrub in for complex procedures including robotics and trauma cases
Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to ensure seamless operations
Respond to trauma calls within 20 minutes and non-trauma within 30 minutes
Float to Walters as needed to support the broader surgical team
Document accurately in Epic and maintain compliance with all protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Trauma experience required
DaVinci Robotics experience required
Scrubbing experience required
Epic EMR experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics procedures
Ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced 11-suite OR
Comfortable with 30-40 cases per day volume
Quick response time for trauma and non-trauma call coverage
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
