Location: Bryan, Texas

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
- Support cardiovascular procedures including CABGs, TCARS, and Carotids
- Assist with complex neuro cases such as Craniotomies and TLIFs
- Handle orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements
- Utilize DaVinci and Mako robotic systems for minimally invasive procedures
- Precept and mentor new team members as needed
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
- Strong robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
- Proven ability to circulate CABGs and Craniotomies
- Excellent references and reliability
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery cases
- Comfortable with DaVinci robot for urology, general, and CV procedures
- Skilled in Mako robot for orthopedic cases
- Ability to handle trauma, open belly, and emergency cases
- Strong communication and precepting abilities
