Location: Bryan, Texas

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate complex cardiovascular procedures including CABGs and TCARS
- Support neurosurgical cases such as craniotomies and spinal procedures
- Assist with orthopedic surgeries using advanced robotic systems
- Provide expert care across general, urology, and specialty procedures
- Precept and mentor fellow team members when opportunities arise
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care needs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 5 years of hospital operating room experience preferred
- Strong robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
- Proven ability to circulate CABGs and craniotomies
- Flexibility to work call rotations including evenings and weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in circulating cardiovascular, neuro, and orthopedic procedures
- Proficiency with both DaVinci and Mako robotic platforms
- Strong clinical judgment in trauma and emergency cases
- Excellent communication and precepting abilities
- Adaptability to float between nearby campuses as needed
