Shift Type: Variable days, 4 x 10-hour shifts, on-call as required
Hours per Week: 36

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs – you’re the whole package
- Plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans alongside a multidisciplinary dream team
- Explain procedures and instructions clearly to patients and families
- Use sharp clinical judgment to detect and report changes in patient condition early
- Foster a healthy workplace by managing conflicts with professional communication skills
- Meet core measures and maintain meticulous medical records
- Participate in continuing education – we love lifelong learners
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license – active and ready to go
- Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- ACLS certification required
- Experience in Operating Room or specialty area preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Point Click EMR
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
