Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care across multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
Float throughout Zone 1 facilities within a 60-mile radius to support staffing needs and deliver excellent patient care
Titrate Heparin drips and monitor patients with varying acuity levels from MS-Tele to ICU holds
Collaborate with designated charge nurses and nursing assistants to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
Adapt quickly to new units and patient populations while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across diverse patient populations
Experience with cardiac monitoring, neuro assessments, and post-surgical care
Comfortable floating between units and adapting to different patient acuities
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
