Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units
Float throughout the Zone 1 region supporting facilities from Colorado Springs to Canon City
Monitor cardiac and neurological patients while managing heparin drips and other medications
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt quickly to various units including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Ortho, and Trauma
Provide education and emotional support to adult and geriatric patients and their families

Qualifications

Active Colorado or compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience strongly preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across telemetry and medical-surgical populations
Comfort managing heparin drips and caring for cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical patients
Excellent communication and adaptability when floating between facilities and units
Ability to work collaboratively with charge nurses and support staff
