Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene promptly
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team
• Educate patients and families for better outcomes
• Document with precision to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification is a plus
• Telemetry monitoring experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• No minimum experience required - we'll support your growth

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity for diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health records
