Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with patient care and orthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays and impressions as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Document patient information and treatment plans in Denticon
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver top-notch care

Qualifications

• Must be Orthodontic Certified
• Prior experience as a dental assistant, preferably in orthodontics
• Familiarity with Denticon software is a plus
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments, materials, and procedures
• Proficiency with dental practice management software like Denticon
• Strong patient care and chairside assistance skills
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
