Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and advanced hemodynamic data
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and perform life-saving interventions with confidence
• Educate and support patients and families through complex care decisions
• Document care accurately and advocate for patient safety at every step

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• Critical care nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of critical care nursing principles and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and IV pumps
• Expertise in interpreting cardiac rhythms and lab values
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Compassionate patient and family education skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
