Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients
• Triage patients based on acuity and prioritize timely interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification preferred
• Emergency room experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing best practices
• Patient triage and assessment
• IV insertion and medication administration
• Care for acute and critical conditions
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
• Remaining calm and composed under pressure
