Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to Medical/Surgical patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to create individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Prior Med/Surg or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible per diem schedule, including 12.5-hour shifts
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
