Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with residents and care providers to create a safe, therapeutic environment
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care tailored to each resident's needs
• Work with Alzheimer's/dementia residents using specialized communication techniques
• Support short-term rehab patients recovering from surgeries or strokes
• Deliver long-term care in a home-like setting, promoting dignity and comfort
• Float to other units as needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maine or compact state
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• 1-3 years of previous RN experience preferred
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work nights and float to different units
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
