Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a rural outpatient clinic setting
• Educate and mentor fellow nursing staff
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Point Click EMR
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Hawaii
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient ambulatory care
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and others as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Outpatient ambulatory care expertise
• Patient education and mentorship skills
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking
• Proficiency with Point Click EMR system
