Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with weekend rotation, including on-call rotation (1 call shift per 2-week period) and potential float to Acute Care

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert CVICU and CCU nursing care to critically ill patients
• Assist in two Cath Labs, including one hybrid lab
• Rotate on-call shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Float to Acute Care/Med Surg when needed to support the team
• Contribute to a community-focused hospital that values keeping patients close to home

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years RN Critical Care experience
• Strong Day 0 CVICU experience required
• Willingness to cover CCU and float to Acute Care

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiovascular ICU and critical care nursing
• Proficiency with Cath lab procedures and hybrid labs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, community hospital environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Adaptability to call rotations and floating assignments
