Shift Type: Night shifts, 3x12 hours plus 2 call shifts per week; holidays and on-call required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
• Coordinate care using ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS protocols
• Manage trauma and critical patients in a Level IV trauma center
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to fast-paced environment in a Critical Access Hospital

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, call shifts, and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing and patient assessment
• Trauma care and advanced life support
• Care planning and clinical pathway implementation
• Proficiency with Point Click EMR
