Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a 15-bed ED plus 6-bed fast track
• Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on acuity
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver timely interventions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage life-saving equipment
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click EMR system

Qualifications

• Current and active Hawaii RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in Point Click EMR
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
