Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and monitor patient responses with precision and care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on IV procedures and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas
• IV Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in IV therapy or related field
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in IV insertion, maintenance, and removal techniques
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
